The session is set in a confidential environment in The Practice Rooms, taking away the distractions of life.
Online counselling sessions allow you to work from anywhere. I can’t control your environment, so it is up to you to make sure you are in a place you can talk freely, and express yourself safely.

I am a professional counsellor and integrated therapist.
I believe it is important to work with the client for whom they are and what they would like to bring to their sessions, rather than a label or diagnosis. The most important aspect of therapy with successful outcomes is the relationship between the therapist and the client.
I have experienced stressful situations through my previous work. Sometimes a high-pressured environment can lead to feelings of stress and a lack of control that requires understanding and support, which can also trigger domestic feelings and emotions. My own experiences help me to understand and support my clients.
I am a volunteer for the Charity Cruse Bereavement, supporting people through their grief.
I am accredited with the National Counselling Society, certified with Association for Counselling and Therapy Online. I am fully insured.
Everyone is unique. We will agree how many sessions we will have in our first face-to-face or online session, and can then amend that going forward, with regular and reflective sessions.
You can, but we will discuss an ending together. It’s important that both parties talk about stopping, because the ending of any therapy is important and should be talked through.
We use a fully encrypted platform called Doxy.me, which the medical profession uses. It works by me sending you an email link. If you feel more comfortable with Zoom or another similar service, then we can discuss during the initial consultation.
Relationships can be anything from couples, family, friends, work, and more.
Psychodynamic
Professional psychotherapeutic counselling, in the pluralistic sense. I use a combination of techniques and strategies to tailor-make my approach to meet your individual needs, in the therapeutic sense.
It all starts with a chat. Let’s talk together, and find out how I can get you moving forward again.
Send us an email, and we will set a time for the initial call.
