The Blended
Counselling Practice

Supporting individuals and companies - face-to-face, online, and by telephone.

Life can be a lot.

Why counselling?

There are a lot of pressures put on us in today’s world, we have to accept we cannot control all life factors.

I offer a safe place to freely let out any emotions building up, to move out of a space you are not happy with and to help you develop awareness of your triggers.

I support without judgement and with complete confidence.

Counselling that's made for you

Blended Counselling means that you’ll always have someone to talk to, with flexibility so you are comfortable and supported around your lifestyle.

Someone you can trust and feel comfortable with.

Someone who will fit in with your busy life.

Someone who you can talk to about anything.

Someone who can help answer any question.

What is blended counselling?

How it works

The Blended Counselling Practice understands we are all individuals, and that you like to be supported in whatever way works best for you. In this hectic world we live in it’s especially important to find the time to talk, whether that’s face to face, online, over the phone, or a combination to best suit your lifestyle.

Face to Face

The session is set in a confidential environment in The Practice Rooms, taking away the distractions of life.

Online counselling sessions allow you to work from anywhere. I can’t control your environment, so it is up to you to make sure you are in a place you can talk freely, and express yourself safely.

You may prefer working with us by phone – the choice is totally yours. If you are unable to make it to a face-to-face or computer session then you can have uninterrupted support over the phone.

About Me

Gary Jessop, Prof. Dip Psy C.

I am a professional counsellor and integrated therapist.

I believe it is important to work with the client for whom they are and what they would like to bring to their sessions, rather than a label or diagnosis. The most important aspect of therapy with successful outcomes is the relationship between the therapist and the client.

I have experienced stressful situations through my previous work. Sometimes a high-pressured environment can lead to feelings of stress and a lack of control that requires understanding and support, which can also trigger domestic feelings and emotions. My own experiences help me to understand and support my clients.

I am a volunteer for the Charity Cruse Bereavement, supporting people through their grief.

I am accredited with the National Counselling Society, certified with Association for Counselling and Therapy Online. I am fully insured.

"I would like to give people the chance to express themselves, and support them however they need it. We live in crazy times and need a space for ourselves. We need some calm, some clarity, and sometimes we just need to talk to someone non-judgmental, supportive, and confidential. This is proven to help people’s mental health, which affects all parts of health and happiness, my goal is to provide that space and support."

What our clients' say

I had my counselling sessions online with Gary. It was the first time I had online counselling and was a bit apprehensive at first, but Gary was very professional. He talked me through the process, and I would not hesitate to recommend Gary and his online sessions. They were just as effective as being-face to-face.
Happy Client
